Ideal candidates will demonstrate superior writing skills, effective interpersonal abilities, and proven experience appearing in Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts. Responsibilities Build and maintain a robust trial practice. Manage a diverse docket with hands‑on involvement alongside clients, courts, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
