We are inclusive, customer-obsessed, and are looking for well-rounded professionals with strong eCommerce business acumen to join our team.The Associate Partnership Lead, Staples Media Network, plays a critical role in managing vendor partnerships and driving media revenue growth. In this role, you will own a portfolio of vendor accounts, develop strategic media plans, and collaborate closely with Merchandising and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs. You’ll leverage your expertise in ecommerce, digital media, analytics, and client services to inform data-driven decisions, optimize performance, and deliver best-in-class partner experiences—all while balancing vendor objectives with Staples’ business priorities.What You’ll Be Doing:Manage and grow relationships with vendor partners, building trust and identifying new opportunities for incremental revenueDevelop strong product and platform expertise to inform media recommendations and execute integrated campaignsPartner cross-functionally with Merchandising, eCommerce Product, Marketing, and other teams to deliver cohesive solutionsCollaborate with media managers, planners, and agency partners to activate and optimize campaignsMonitor financial performance across assigned accounts and manage toward SMN revenue goals and P&L targetsLeverage analytics, testing, and insights to optimize program performance and refine customer engagement strategiesDeliver white-glove service to mid-tier vendor partners, ensuring a best-in-class experienceCommunicate results, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholdersIdentify and prioritize new opportunities for innovation, growth, and program expansionWhat You Bring To The Table:Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-evolving environmentProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong working relationshipsEffective communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholdersUnderstanding of merchandising strategies, sales drivers, and margin objectivesProactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvementWhat’s Needed- Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience in a digital media, retail media, or related roleStrong knowledge of digital media channels, audience targeting, and campaign activation strategiesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointWhat’s Needed - Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldFamiliarity with retail media networks and understanding of the AdTech/MarTech landscapeExperience working in ecommerce or retail media environmentsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering resultsStrong collaboration, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsExperience partnering closely with merchandising or category management teamsProven experience presenting insights and recommendations to leadershipAnalytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision makingExperience working with agencies or external partners on campaign executionWe Offer:Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource GroupsFlexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays + 1 floating holiday)Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!The salary rangerepresentsthe expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
