Corrections Reentry & Transition Specialist

Louisiana Department of Public Safety & Corrections – Corrections Services is seeking a Local Jail Corrections Transition Specialist based in Homer, LA. The role assesses offender risks, coordinates transitional services, and promotes reentry planning across local jails and state systems. You will work with sheriffs, wardens, Probation and Parole, and courts to ensure timely case plans, program credits, and continuity of care, traveling between Claiborne, Union, and Lincoln Parish facilities to #J-18808-Ljbffr State of Louisiana
