Quality Inspector

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for our Falconer, NY client.


We are seeking a skilled Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our team. This role is responsible for inspecting precision-machined components with extremely tight tolerances and ensuring all products meet strict quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

• Inspect machined parts with tight tolerances ( ± 0.0001")
• Use precision measuring instruments, including:
  • Dial indicators
  • Micrometers (OD, ID, and thread)
  • Bore gauges
  • Height gauges
• Interpret engineering drawings and apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) principles
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
• Identify and report nonconforming parts and support corrective actions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and/or FARO Arm
• Understanding of machining processes and shop practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $22-$28 per hour , based heavily on experience
• Hours: 7:00 AM to at least 3:30 PM , with regular overtime opportunities
