Responsibilities Build relationships with homeowners and drive sales in the field, including meeting with clients and presenting solutions. Utilize a transparent commission structure with the potential for uncapped earnings and bonus opportunities. Conduct door-to-door sales, respond to leads, and travel to various locations as needed. Document roofing components, defects, and storm damage findings; stay updated with product information and industry changes. Develop sales strategies, analyze data for trends, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Participate in proactive lead generation and referrals; provide excellent customer service and follow-up. Requirements Perform roof inspections and assess storm damage on exteriors. Possess reliable transportation and engage in door-to-door sales. Follow up on company-provided leads; cultivate and maintain customer relationships. Stay informed about products and industry changes; provide customer service support. Schedule: Monday to Friday; weekends as needed.
