Seeking a friendly, dependable, and experienced Bartender to join our team at Main Street Food Park and Mini Golf . Job description includes but not limited to:

Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.

Greet guests, take drink and food orders, and provide prompt, professional service.

Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.

Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area, including glassware, garnishes, mixers, liquor, beer, wine, ice, and supplies.

Handle cash, credit card payments, tabs, and POS transactions accurately.

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service practices.

Support servers and kitchen staff by preparing drink orders quickly and accurately.

Restock inventory, rotate products, and notify management when supplies are low.

Follow all company policies, health department guidelines, sanitation standards, and Florida alcohol service requirements.

Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and side-work duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous bartending or restaurant/bar experience preferred,but willing to train the right person.

Must meet Florida legal requirements to serve alcohol.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and high-volume shifts.

Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 2550 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and liquor preferred.

Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented.
