Position-Specific Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total) Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Preferred Experience in childcare, education, or related fields Experience working with children or adolescents Prior exposure to ABA services Benefits Benefits & Career Growth Career Advancement - Level Up Program Structured growth to RBT Level 2 and Level 3 ($1/hour pay increase per level upon competency completion) Professional development opportunities for certification Paid RBT training Mentorship toward BCBA certification Other Benefits (PT Employees) 401(k) with up to 3% employer match Mileage reimbursement Performance bonus potential ABA Centers of New Jersey is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to building an inclusive workplace free from discrimination.
