WHAT YOU'LL DO

Responsibilities will vary based on your experience and skill level and may include:

• Perform scheduled maintenance and vehicle inspections
• Oil and filter changes
• Tire rotations, balancing, and replacement
• Brake, steering, and suspension repairs
• Perform diagnostic testing
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical concerns
• Complete engine, drivetrain, and other advanced repairs based on experience
• Use modern diagnostic equipment and service information
• Perform repairs correctly and efficiently
• Communicate with service advisors and other members of the service team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You do not need to be a Master Technician to apply.

We're looking for people who:

• Have a genuine interest in automotive repair
• Are dependable and show up ready to work
• Take pride in doing the job correctly
• Are willing to learn and improve
• Work well as part of a team
• Can follow established safety and repair procedures
• Want an opportunity to build a long-term automotive career

Previous dealership or independent repair experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates with mechanical ability and a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
