Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This role offers the chance to support daily operations through strong communication and customer service while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site leadership and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and policy concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted or operational areas.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and maintenance or operational concerns, and communicate relevant updates during shift handoff and/or through required reporting tools.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
