The Lab Clinical Coordinator is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Pay: $72,898 - $94,298 Schedule: Days Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and evaluate laboratory staff including lab technicians, assistants, and other personnel. Schedule shifts, monitor staff performance, and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
• Monitor and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure accurate and reliable test results. Address any issues or discrepancies in testing procedures and ensure compliance with standards set by regulatory bodies.
• Ensure the laboratory operates in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards. Conduct regular audits to maintain quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) (ASCP, AMT) preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or coordinator role.
