Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Shifa Health Center is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider. Shifa Health Center is a community focused primary care clinic in Elk Grove, California. We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Advanced Practice Provider, including a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, to join our outpatient care team. This role is ideal for someone who values patient centered care, community health, preventive medicine, and working with a diverse patient population. Responsibilities Provide primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions Conduct physical exams and patient assessments Order and interpret labs, screenings, and diagnostic tests Prescribe medications within scope of practice and California law Provide preventive care, health education, and care coordination Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with the supervising physician and clinic team Support clinic workflows, compliance, and quality improvement efforts Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California Family practice, internal medicine, or primary care experience preferred Current DEA license or eligibility to obtain one preferred BLS certification preferred Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Comfortable working with diverse and underserved patient populations Reliable, compassionate, and team oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr Shifa Health Center
