What You'll Earn Up to $40 per hour , based on your experience Comprehensive Health Insurance (company pays 50% of premium) Paid Vacation and Sick Days 6 Paid Holidays 401(k) with company match Tool Program Well‑stocked company vehicle In‑house training and tuition support for continued education Year‑round employment with no seasonal layoffs Schedule Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (after‑hours and weekends only as needed) What You'll Do Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards Deliver a high‑quality, professional experience to every customer on every job Handle both new construction and retrofit/changeout installations Read wiring diagrams and blueprints, perform air balancing, and complete sheet metal work Work independently while being part of a supportive, team‑oriented environment What You Need 5+ years of verifiable HVAC installation experience Skilled in both new construction and retrofits Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Universal EPA certification Strong customer service skills and a positive, can‑do attitude NATE certification (preferred) or ability to obtain within 6 months Certificate of completion from an HVAC Trade School (preferred) Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air balancing principles #J-18808-Ljbffr
