Join Our Team as a Sanitation Associate – Keep Our Facilities Spotless and Safe!
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness? We're looking for a dedicated Sanitation Associate to help maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety at our clients' facilities. In this vital role, you'll be the backbone of a clean, safe environment by sanitizing production areas, equipment, and shared spaces. This position offers the opportunity to work nights in a fast-paced, dynamic setting where your commitment to detail makes a real difference.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience in sanitation, janitorial, or related roles is a plus.
- Ability to follow detailed sanitation procedures and protocols precisely.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliability and a team-oriented attitude.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience operating cleaning equipment or machinery.
- Knowledge of safety standards and PPE protocols.
- Previous work in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- No specific educational requirements; prior sanitation or janitorial experience is preferred.
- Previous experience working a night shift is a plus but not required.
Other Requirements:
- The position is scheduled from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work weekends as needed.
- Must be open to working night shifts to ensure consistent maintenance and cleanliness.
- Compliance with all safety procedures and PPE usage is a must.
