This full-time role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect therapists with clients throughout the state. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing varied modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate support and psychoeducational groups that foster community engagement and address prevalent mental health challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for all clients.

• Provide essential crisis intervention services to support clients during urgent mental health situations.

• Deliver educational resources to clients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation and ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards.

• Engage actively in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance professional development and ensure optimal patient care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy practices to improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, comprising individuals from various backgrounds who struggle with a range of mental health conditions. You will engage with patients of different ages and socio-economic statuses, all seeking support for issues including anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Kansas.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with mental health disorders and an array of evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven abilities in delivering therapeutic interventions effectively, conducting assessments, and formulating treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to maintain professional boundaries while fostering therapeutic relationships.

• Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency with technology platforms relevant to telehealth.

• Ability to function collaboratively in a team-centered environment, promoting a culture of sharing knowledge and resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n
