- Certificate Copy (Unrestricted California Special Driver Certificate for school bus operation)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (Basic First Aid Certification)
- Driver's License Copy (California School Bus Driver's License)
- Proof of HS Graduation (High School Diploma or Equivalent)
