To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time Senior Talent Advisor will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent in a remote setting for a limited-term position lasting six months. Key responsibilities Facilitate and implement the full-cycle recruitment process for various staff and leadership positions Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates Analyze client requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to create position profiles and understand hiring needs Required qualifications High school diploma or its equivalent Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields is preferred Three (3) years of experience in a Talent Advisor or Recruiter role Experience in healthcare is preferred
