Location: Commerce Charter Township, MI
Waterproofing Outside Sales Rep Summary:
This is a position where we help people and educate them on the best way to protect their
basements.

What You’ll Do:
You will meet with homeowners who have requested our help through pre-set, qualified
appointments.
You will:
- Conduct in-home consultations
- Diagnose basement water and foundation issues
- Educate homeowners clearly and confidently
- Design customized waterproofing solutions
You Will Be Measured On:
- Close rate
- Average Dollar per Lead
- Customer experience
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in basement waterproofing and foundation repair
- Understanding of:
- Sump pump systems
- Interior drainage systems
- Water intrusion issues and solutions
