As a Senior Director, Commercial Analytics, HIV Prevention Integrated Insights you will provide enterprise-level leadership in shaping data-driven strategy for the U.S. HIV Prevention business. This role is accountable for defining and advancing the analytics vision, capabilities, and strategic insights that inform critical commercial decisions across the business unit, including Market Expansion.The Senior Director will lead a high-performing analytics organization and operate as a thought partner to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable strategy. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
