Clinical Program Manager, Clinical Command Center - Night Shift

About This Role The Clinical Program Manager, Clinical Command Center (Night Shift) is a Registered Professional Nurse, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner responsible for managing the 24-hour functions of health-system throughput, transfer center, quality, and delivery of care. This role is ideal for experienced professionals looking to lead clinical programs and collaborate with health system teams. Highlights Pay: $157,465.24 - $180,000 Annually Location: New York, NY Facility: Mount Sinai Health System Department/Unit: HSO SYSTEM THROUGHPUT - COR Schedule: Full-Time, Night Shift What You’ll Do Lead the Logistics teams in coordinating patient movement and bed assignments. Act as designee for the COO of the Clinical Command Center to approve diversion decisions. Devise strategy and interact with CMOS, CNOs, and COOs on patient placement. Facilitate multidisciplinary huddles to expedite patient movement across campuses. Liaise with Nursing and Providers to facilitate patient discharges and transfers. Execute goals and objectives consistent with Mount Sinai policies and regulations. Coordinate performance improvement activities within designated clinical specialties. Develop action plans to support performance and optimal care delivery. Oversee collection and analysis of health-system throughput activity data. Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure communication and compliance with policies.
