Senior Software Engineer - SBG

Design, engineer, analyze, and develop software prototypes and/or applications as part of a multi-disciplinary team Engage with stakeholders to better define the problem space and vision to determine capabilities and priorities Participate in the complete software development lifecycle: user story creation, design, development, automated testing, and operational support Design and develop new features to meet evolving end-user requirements Drive continuous improvement through process and tooling recommendations Mentor team members by sharing innovative ideas and industry best practices Requirements 3-6 years of software development experience Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance Strong experience in one or more of the following: Python, Java, or Go Experience with Javascript frameworks such as Angular or React Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and others Familiarity with GitLab or other tools for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and collaboration Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in software development, particularly in Python, Java, or Go, while engaging in the complete software development lifecycle.
