Responsibilities Own the fundamentals of takeoff on ductwork and accessories: read plans/specs, quantify materials & labor, and build clean estimate worksheets. Contribute to live bids with senior estimator review; assist in preparing scopes, alternates, and inclusions/exclusions. Partner with fabrication, PM, and field to validate production hours and logistics so estimates reflect how work really gets built. Use modern tools (Bluebeam + Excel; exposure to leading sheet‑metal estimating platforms – we’ll train).
