Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license issued by the State of South Carolina.
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• South Carolina teacher certification required.
• Previous experience with school-aged populations preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students in pre-K through 8th grade.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' unique needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Document and maintain accurate records for all assessments, treatment plans, and student progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and help design goals that foster both academic and functional communication skills.
• Provide direct and consultative services within the standard school hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
