Salary New graduates at Orthopedic One can expect a starting salary of $73,000 per year. If employed full‑time, new staff PT will receive a sign‑on bonus up to $10,000, and following one year of experience, eligibility for quarterly productivity bonuses, ranging from $7,000-$9,000 annually. Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities Evaluate and treat all patients referred for physical therapy in our state‑of‑the‑art outpatient clinics with top‑of‑the‑line equipment and modalities. Collaborate with physicians, therapy providers and other departments regarding evaluative findings and patient needs. Complete and submit all documentation and reports pertaining to patient evaluations and treatment plans. Professional Qualifications Required Degree from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited school of Physical Therapy. Current, unrestricted, Ohio licensure.
