Sr. Manager, Insights & Analytics $115,000 Remote (East Coast Hours) Marketing Analytics & Media The Organization An industry-leading marketing analytics and media organization is looking to add a Sr. Manager, Insights & Analytics to its growing team. This company helps brands make smarter marketing decisions through advanced measurement, performance reporting, and actionable insights. The Role This is an opportunity for an experienced analytics professional to take ownership of reporting and insights across multiple client engagements. Sitting at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and client services, you will be responsible for uncovering meaningful trends within marketing data and transforming them into recommendations that drive business impact. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams while providing leadership and guidance to junior members of the analytics function. Responsibilities include: • Overseeing the delivery of reporting, dashboards, and analytics projects across a portfolio of accounts • Evaluating marketing and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth • Delivering insightful analysis that supports strategic decision-making • Ensuring reporting deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule • Presenting findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders • Working closely with planning, account, technology, and activation teams to align analytics efforts with client objectives • Managing and mentoring junior analysts and managers • Maintaining high standards of quality across all reporting and analytical outputs • Identifying opportunities to enhance reporting processes and operational efficiency • Supporting the continued evolution of measurement and analytics capabilities The Requirements • 5-7 years of experience in analytics, insights, reporting, marketing analytics, or media analytics • Previous experience leading, mentoring, or developing junior team members • Strong experience creating dashboards and recurring reporting solutions • Experience working with BigQuery or a similar cloud-based data warehouse • Experience using Funnel.io or comparable data integration platforms • Utilized Tableau or comparable data visualization and business intelligence tools • Proven ability to uncover insights and communicate recommendations from complex datasets • Strong project management skills with experience balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Understanding of marketing measurement methodologies such as attribution, incrementality, or media mix modeling is preferred • Experience within an agency or client-facing environment is preferred • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field Salary & Benefits • $115,000 base salary • Flexible remote working environment • Leadership and team management responsibilities • Opportunity to work with a variety of clients and marketing datasets • Exposure to advanced measurement, reporting, and analytics initiatives • Strong opportunities for professional growth and advancement How To Apply Interested candidates should apply via LinkedIn Easy Apply .
