Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

We have a few cases in Urgent need!

Option A

Schedule: M,W,Th,Fri,Sun 8p-8a

Location/Setting: Home Environment in Coatesville

Age Range: Toddler 

Acutiy: High-tech trach/vent, G-tube

Option B

Schedule: Sunday 10p-6a (and fill ins for any call outs Mon-Sat)

Location/Setting: Home Environment in Norristown

Age Range: School Age

Acutiy: High-tech trach/vent, G-tube

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required   
• Insert state-specific requirement here
• Must have reliable transportation
