- Monitor progress against milestone schedule; identify and resolve delays
- Direct labor production and efficiency; manage site logistics and material/equipment deliveries
- Inspect concrete work daily for code and spec compliance, including PT cable/anchor installation and stressing verification
- Enforce jobsite safety protocols and PPE compliance; run daily huddles and safety meetings
- Document project activity: submittals/shop drawings, RFIs, daily reports, time cards, safety inspections, schedule updates, QA/QC inspections
- Collaborate with the Self-Perform Project Manager on schedule, budget, labor/material/equipment forecasting, and reporting
- Coordinate with the equipment manager for Shaw equipment rental and material storage
- Train and mentor crew members and Shaw team members; resolve crew conflicts and performance issues
