Shift: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - MultiCare Health System.

RTO requests require manager approval.

Unit Details: DVT, carotid, brachial. Responsible for daily workflows of about 3 scheduled outpatients plus ED and inpatient cases. Must be comfortable transporting patients. May occasionally call a patient to coordinate a return time after ED evaluation. Uses AS Software and Philips Iu22.

Shift & Scheduling: 7/70 schedule Wednesday through Tuesday; 8:30a until 7p, then off a week. No call beyond the shift. (70 hours bi-weekly) Holiday requirements apply.

Floating Requirements: At Allenmore Hospital only to ED, inpatient, and outpatient areas.

14 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
