Contract | Afternoon/Mid Shift | Rotating holidays and weekends required

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment, managing a diverse patient population across acuity levels
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in accordance with facility protocols and clinical standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered outcomes
• Float to a sister facility as needed, based on census and staffing requirements
• Adhere to facility dress code; navy scrubs required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with experience within the last 12 months required
• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI required
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI required
• Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI required
• Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor required
• Must reside outside of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience working in facilities with varying trauma level designations and bed capacities
• Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments is strongly advantageous
