Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Lead daily loadout operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable product delivery.* Supervise, coach, and support team members to achieve operational and safety objectives.* Monitor loadout processes, equipment performance, and inventory movement to maximize efficiency.* Coordinate truck, rail, and customer loadout activities to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment.* Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards while promoting continuous improvement.**What Are We Looking For*** Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in an industrial, manufacturing, aggregates, cement, or related operational environment.* Strong commitment to safety and the ability to foster a positive safety culture.* Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.* Demonstrated problem-solving, planning, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment.* Ability to use operational systems, analyze performance data, and drive process improvements.**Work Environment*** Work is performed primarily in an industrial aggregates and cement loadout environment with exposure to dust, noise, moving equipment, and varying weather conditions.* Frequent interaction with employees, contractors, truck drivers, and customers.* May require occasional evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call support based on business needs.* Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas.**What We Offer*** Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan.* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.* Highly competitive benefits programs, including: + Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits + Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) + AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance + Paid Bonding Leave, 15 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid HolidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr
