Qualifications Sought:

• Valid Virginia licensure as either a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Clinical Fellow (CFY), or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Previous experience in school settings is a plus, though early career candidates are welcomed
• Ability to work effectively across a wide range of ages and communication needs
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working with students, families, and team members
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and deliver therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders with K-12 students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create individualized treatment plans
• Provide both direct and indirect services, including participation in IEP meetings and progress monitoring
• Foster positive, supportive relationships with students to maximize engagement and success
• Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
