• Ensure scalable operations by monitoring and optimizing workflows across the center

What You Bring

• High school or GED required with previous relevant experience. 
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or supervisory roles
• Proficiency in operations center technologies, incident management systems, and data analytics
• Strong understanding of rail operations, safety protocols, and process optimization
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on team development

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000/year
