Dispatch Operative Location: Industry City, Brooklyn Department: Operations Position type: Full time Salary: $48,900 per annum The role This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, organized environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. You’ll play a vital role in making sure every item is processed swiftly and accurately, contributing directly to our goal of delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching orders with care and precision. What you will be doing Stock Handling and Organisation: Accurately put away all incoming items using the tools provided, ensuring everything is correctly labelled and stored for easy retrieval Order Picking: Efficiently pick the correct items for each transaction, verify their accuracy, and escal any issues that prevent timely fulfilment Packing and Shipping Preparation: Carefully prepare items for shipment by scanning, photographing, and securely packing them.
