Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan nursing care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
• Implement direct clinical care and supervise staff in delegation of appropriate care.
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care in collaboration with clinical staff.
• Support resource management related to patient care in accordance with facility policies.
