Community Outreach Practitioner: Crisis Support & De-escalation
Urban Alchemy
Urban Alchemy's LOVE team in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Practitioner to engage unsheltered residents with trauma-informed outreach, de-escalation, and harm-reduction care. You will assess distress, connect individuals to services, and work with teammates to create immediate response plans while maintaining safety and compassion. The position is full-time, pays $19/hour with health insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
