Assist customers with set up for ACH/Wire payments Maintain Outlook mailbox and receivables system inbox for incoming customer remittances on ACH/wire payments Provide feedback to management concerning possible issues Make recommendations to implement improved processes Perform other duties as assigned by management Job Requirements Cash application experience preferred Detail-oriented Excellent customer service and negotiation skills Strong communication skills Computer literate (Windows-based platforms); strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills required Ability to efficiently manage time Ability to independently obtain and interpret information Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Consistent, steady work history High school diploma or equivalent Category General Office Administration #J-18808-Ljbffr
