Summary Job Description Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time, 1st Shift Adult Psych Unit I Corbin, KY Description Provides safe, high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans. Monitors patient conditions, administers treatments and physician orders, and documents patient care accurately. Educates patients and families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and discharge needs. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes and continuity of care. Demonstrates critical thinking, clinical judgment, leadership, and teamwork in daily nursing practice. Maintains compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, licensure, and continuing education standards.
