This position requires a shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Job Description

The ETWEOH position is focused on delivering high-quality healthcare services while ensuring compliance with all necessary credentials and health history requirements for onboarding. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that contribute to patient care and safety in the healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete all onboarding forms and requirements related to professional conduct and integrity.
• Undergo and pass all necessary health screenings, including drug tests and vaccinations.
• Adhere to the Trinity Code of Conduct and confidentiality agreements.
• Participate in training and competency assessments specific to the role.
• Maintain clear communication regarding personal health history as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid license/certificate verification as required by the position.
• Completion of required health history screenings, including but not limited to COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
• Successful completion of background checks and education verification.
