Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, applying critical thinking and analytical skills.

• Create and implement personalized service plans that align with clients' identified goals and objectives, continuously monitoring their progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily support individuals currently undergoing detoxification or recovering from substance use disorders. Therefore, fostering a trauma-informed care approach will be essential in providing effective support that recognizes and responds sensitively to the unique backgrounds of each client.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
