Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an RN Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suite, ensuring patient safety under a physician’s plan of care. Works under the supervision of a designated supervisor. The role includes administering treatments and medications, educating patients and families, documenting in real time for billing, coordinating discharge planning, and mentoring Infusion Nurse I staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr Option Care Health Inc.
