We specialise in experiences. Shift Supervisors ensure guest satisfaction through proper training of employees and adherence to company SOPs. They ensure team members perform a variety of tasks, from preparing food, stocking supplies, serving, proper cash‑out procedures, Micros and Data Central training, to cleaning tables and counters, resetting/bussing tables, greeting guests and answering questions. Operations: Assist with food, beverage, labor‑management costs, receiving, storage, and inventory management, lead shifts by delegating duties, assigning tasks, following up, and maintaining cleanliness. Food Safety & Quality: Check food quality and temperatures, follow health and safety regulations, conduct proper sanitation and safety procedures during openings and closings. Team Support: Support staff morale and training (including writing schedules), lead the restaurant when Manager or Assistant Manager is not present, demonstrate integrity and honesty, and support decisions made by management. Administrative: Assist with cash‑out and POS training, perform duties as assigned, and maintain a commitment to getting the job done. Education, Experience, Certifications Practical experience as a supervisor in hotel/restaurant industry. Proficiency in restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies, personnel management, record‑keeping, and report preparation. ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification or equivalent. Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment, work in a high‑energy demanding environment, communicate effectively, and work independently. Ability to work unsupervised for extensive periods and to demonstrate good judgment with customers and peers. Position Qualifications Self‑confidence, poise and interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to sustain performance under stress, such as tight deadlines and detailed questioning. Team player, quick learner in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Strong self‑motivation, leadership and organizational skills. Positive interpersonal skills, ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 environment. Excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively in English. Self‑starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English. Physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing on a ladder, walking long distances.
