Shift:  Friday and Saturday nights + Events

The Role

As our Host/Hostess, you are the  ultimate face of the lounge and the gatekeeper of our member experience. You do not just check a guest list; you set the tone for the entire evening. We are looking for an exceptionally polished, charismatic, and intuitive professional who excels at building rapport, remembers faces and names effortlessly, and can maintain composure under pressure in a high-profile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• First Impressions: Warmly greet members and their guests by name, providing an elegant and welcoming arrival experience.
• Reservation Management: Oversee the seating book and floor flow with precision using systems like OpenTable or Resy, balancing member preferences with optimal dining room pacing.
• Discretion & Privacy: Strictly enforce house rules.
• Collaboration: Seamlessly communicate with the managers and service team regarding VIP arrivals, special requests, and table statuses.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hosting experience in a  fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or private member club .
• Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency with premium hospitality reservation platforms (OpenTable, Resy).
• Poise & Style: Impeccable grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills that align with a luxury brand standard.
• Emotional Intelligence: High intuition—the ability to read a room, anticipate needs before they are verbalized, and handle discerning clientele with grace.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including mandatory availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
