Family Medicine physician employment in Washington :
We have a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician at an employer-sponsored advanced primary care clinic in Tacoma, Washington . In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Highlights:
- Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
- Focus on outcomes, NOT production
- Predictable workweek
- Extremely light call
- Fewer administrative tasks
- $260,000 - $325,000 base salary, negotiable based on experience, plus a quality bonus

Qualifications:
- BE/BC family medicine or internal medicine/pediatrics
- Experience needed, at least 2 years
