Join a dynamic team in Olympia, WA, providing crucial urology care in a hospital setting. We are seeking skilled urology professionals for locum tenens to assist with monthly call coverage. The opportunity includes working several 24-hour call shifts in a week, accommodating schedulers with flexible dates. This role is ideal for providers who can manage diverse urologic cases with an average 4-5 hours of callback daily.

• Schedule: 1 week per month with 3-4 24-hour call shifts per week
• Patient Population: Adult
• Location: Olympia, WA

• Provide urology care with a focus on call coverage
• Manage patient encounters with an average of 15 patients per shift
• Handle urological cases requiring callback with adaptability to fluctuating demands

• Board Certified in Urology
• BLS certification required
• Preferred skills include percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, renal and bladder ultrasounds with biopsies, TRUS biopsies, incontinence procedures, penile prosthesis, and ESWL

• 24-hour call shifts, 3-4 shifts per week within the scheduled month

• Proficient in general urology for adult patients
• Ability to manage call duties effectively and efficiently
• Skilled in preferred advanced urological procedures
