As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of Chick-fil-A, welcoming guests, taking orders, processing transactions, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to remarkable hospitality. Whether assisting travelers, maintaining a clean dining area, or supporting fellow team members, you play a key role in delivering the Chick-fil-A experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional guest service with a positive attitude and genuine hospitality Smile, maintain eye contact, and create meaningful connections with guests Accurately take and process guest orders using the point-of-sale system Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions according to company procedures Provide menu knowledge and answer questions regarding products and allergens Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant Support daily operations including stocking, cleaning, dining room upkeep, and guest assistance Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service during high-volume travel periods Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and appearance guidelines at all times Assist with training and encouraging new team members Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Passion for serving others and creating positive guest experiences Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds regularly Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays What We're Looking For Consistency and reliability Strong work ethic Customer-focused mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to Chick-fil-A's culture of service, excellence, and respect This position description is merely intended to describe the primary elements of the position.
