Job Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of public sector construction projects within the property industry.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants, to meet project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department.
