What you’ll do Environmental, Health, and Safety : Communicate with individuals and groups regularly. Conduct shrink audits and report findings. Support process improvement strategies. Utilize equipment such as closed circuit television, walkie–talkies, and other systems. Lead positions : Provide leadership in a production environment. Print Solutions : Operate highly technical machines using appropriate tools, equipment, chemicals, and supplies. Require specific skills in roles such as Graphic Artist, Color Press Operator, Web Press Operator, Binding and Finishing, Ink mixer and Ink Jet Operators. Systems Technology and Reclamation (STaR) : Act as Network and Imaging Lab Technician. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Perform additional duties as assigned. What you’ll bring Environmental, Health, and Safety : 6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year work experience or coursework in safety, compliance or security‑related field. Qualifications Must have Environmental, Health, and Safety : 6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year work experience or coursework in safety, compliance, or security‑related field. Print Solutions Technical : 6 months experience operating industrial, production, or manufacturing equipment/machinery. Associate Degree or vocational degree in Graphic Arts OR 1 year experience as a Walmart associate with experience operating Macintosh based systems and software OR 1 year experience as a Graphic Artist or graphic design professional preparing files for printing using Macintosh based systems. STaR technical or Lab positions :

1. year experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year work experience in program coding, software development, or related field.
2. years of work experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Access and Word functions; 1 year experience developing programming code (e.g., VB Script).
