Job Title: Operating Room Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45-17:15 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Active RN license required Certifications: Skills level of 3 or higher in joint, neuro, ortho, and vascular procedures required Must-Have: - Broad surgical knowledge - Experience in service lines including general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma Description: We are committed to positive impact and dedicated to our staff. This facility is known for providing high clinical quality year over year. The facility has recognized achievements in protecting patients and offering safer healthcare. This location offers a referral center for trauma, stroke, and neonatal intensive care. It is the region’s only children’s hospital, including a pediatric emergency room. The facility serves as the busiest robotic surgery program in the area. Open heart and interventional cardiology services are provided here. A high rating has been earned for patient care and outcomes. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic working environment with variable scheduling. A professional dress code is required, with scrubs provided. The unit has specific policies and guidelines that align with our commitment to excellence.
