Join a team that believes in teamwork and truly cares about their patients. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental services to patients with the support of a dedicated team. Deliver high‑quality care to a patient base that is 70% or more children (ages 3‑21) and up to 30% adults. Utilize DentaPro software, digital X‑ray and Panorex units, and fiber‑optic handpieces as part of daily practice. Maintain compliance with yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training. Participate in community outreach activities to promote a positive image of the company. Engage in morning team huddles, plan the day, and recognize customer focus and collaboration. Qualifications DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program. Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state(s) where care is provided, or eligibility for licensure. Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (available in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA). Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults. Reimbursement for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues such as ADA and/or AAPD memberships. Multiple schedule options to help maintain a healthy work/life balance.
