About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product for its Intelligence group, a pivotal role in the evolution of AI-powered customer support. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Intelligence product group, including setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Agent and Signal product lines. This role demands a leader who can drive the product development process, from ideation to monetization, and who is adept at balancing technical complexity with commercial viability. The Head of Product will be at the forefront of the company's mission to build AI that enhances the customer experience, with a focus on autonomous actions and analysis that meet the high standards of the company's diverse client base. Applicants for the Head of Product role at the company should have a proven track record in growing and monetizing AI-powered products, with a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape.
