Marketing Events Coordinator

Shopr Rewards is looking for an ambitious, highly organized Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role combining consumer marketing, influencer campaigns, partnership development and event coordination. It would be ideal for a recent marketing or business graduate or an early-career professional who wants genuine responsibility and exposure to multiple areas of a fast-growing company. What you’ll be doing: Coordinating influencer campaigns, from identifying and contacting creators to managing deliverables and tracking results Helping to develop and manage Groupon and other customer-acquisition campaigns Researching affiliate partners, brands and promotional opportunities Arranging introductory calls and participating in vendor and platform demonstrations Reviewing new marketing platforms and providing clear, commercially focused feedback Identifying and contacting potential conference sponsors, exhibitors and strategic partners Supporting sponsor communications and helping move opportunities from initial outreach through confirmation Managing administration for our annual conference, including schedules, registrations, materials and partner communication Coordinating podcast outreach, award submissions and other opportunities that increase Shopr’s visibility Maintaining campaign calendars, contact lists, reports and internal project updates Supporting the wider team with marketing, partnership and administrative projects We’re looking for someone who is: Confident communicating by email, telephone and video call Extremely organized and comfortable managing several projects at once Commercially minded, proactive and willing to take ownership Interested in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships and customer acquisition Comfortable researching companies, contacting new people and following up consistently Able to communicate professionally with creators, vendors, sponsors and senior business leaders Detail-oriented, dependable and enthusiastic about learning A graduate in marketing, business, communications or a related subject is preferred This is not a role where you will spend every day doing the same thing. One day you could be coordinating an influencer campaign, the next speaking with a potential conference sponsor, reviewing a marketing platform or helping launch a new customer-acquisition campaign.
